What Is a Domestic Cleaning Service/ Commercial Cleaning Service?

This is a thorough and professional clean of your home or business premises. We provide this service at a time to suit you, and we’re available on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or one-off basis.

Is There a Minimum Number of Hours per Cleaning Visit?

Yes, we require a minimum of two hours of cleaning per visit. This is subject to a viewing of the property.

Do I Pay You or the Cleaner?

All of our cleaners are paid by us, so you need to send the money to the company directly. This is preferably done by bank transfer or direct debit.

Do You Have References from Your Customers?

Yes, references are available on request. We also have reviews on our website that you’re able to look at.

Who Is Responsible for Providing Cleaning Products and Materials?

All quotations are inclusive of the materials that we use, unless stated at the initial consultation.

Do I Have to Stay at Home When the Cleaner Comes Round?

You don’t have to, as all of our cleaners are stringently vetted before joining the company. Each one has vast experience and training, and this means that your home is in the safest hands. We also offer a key handling service, which we’re fully insured for.

Are You Insured?

We’re equipped with full public liability insurance, which means that any potential accidents and damage are covered. A copy of this insurance is available upon request.

How Much Notice Is Required for a Cancellation?

We require a one week notice period if you wish to terminate your contract.
